Great build quality but...
The cylinder and donut are too small in diameter. I got this for exercises. That is kegels with resistance. The donut is too small to use at all, and the sharp edges on the cylinder are uncomfortable w/o the donut. A rounded edge on the cylinder would have made this usable for me. That or a larger donut. The pump and case are very nice though.

Penis Pump
The "donut" and sleeve are much to small for someone with a mushroom head. I can't use the donut which is more comfortable around the base of the penis. Once the penis is erect the donut is much to small to get the penis out. The same problem with the sleeve. I have removed the entire tapered part of the sleeve and double folded the rest to allow about 1/4" of the doubled portion to extend over the end of the tube. This allows the penis to be removed with ease and the rings can be rolled down on the base of the penis with ease. Be careful, the balls can easily be pulled into the tube also. That hurts. Overall the pump gives a really good erection even for someone like me who has had the prostate removed during bladder cancer surgery and the nerve saving procedure could not be used. I try to use it at least twice a day, not for sex, but to exercise the penis to prevent atrophy.

Using it as I write this review
I've owned one other pump so I dont really know all thats out there. However I can tell you that this pump is AWESOME!!! I dont see how it can possibly get a bad review! It holds the pressure perfectly, (I'm using both hands to type). I'm about 9.2 inches and I bought this pump to hopefully get to big ben ten. It was mostly for fun with my gurl. Those of you who have a problem with this pump should probably invest in a smaller pump!! Now back to pumping!!!

First One
This my first pump and personally it doesn't hold the pressure once you stop pumping. I thought for the price I would be getting the top of the line equipment. I now know for a fact that the more expensive it is doesn't always mean better performance.

Well worth the money
This pump is very powerful but it has a gauge so I can stay in the safe zone. The dounut is excellent for creating a comfortable seal, but I only measure 1.5" in girth and still had to cut the hole bigger in the dounut. I get 25% gain in size with a pressure of 5 to 7 on the gauge. Don't use for more than 30 minutes or you get blistering that takes several hours to go away. The safety valve doesn't seem to work which will keep you from over pumping the pressure, so watch the gauge. My wife thought it wouldn't work but after using she had to admitt that I had increased in lenght, girth, and firmness. I watch a XXX DVD while pumping which really helps. Use lots of lube for a seal and clip the hair short around the base for a better seal, but not to short or the wife complains of poking hair stuble.

CUSTOMER HAS E-MAILED ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. THE ONLY THING I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT IS I STILL DONT HAVE A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WHICH IS NOT YOUR FAULT. IF I COULD USE IT THEN IT WOULD GET TOP MARKS
